Send in Service (send me your knit to be embroidered)

Send me your own knit, romper, jumper, or blanket and I will hand embroider it with personalisation for you.

TURNAROUND TIME
As soon as I receive your knit I will let you know it's arrived safely and then prioritise it in order of when your order was placed. Usually 3-5 days after your knit is received it will be ready for dispatch (this can change during busy peak periods).

This is a send in service only and you will need to provide your own knit, which I will then personalise for you. This is preferably for handmade knits, however I'm happy to work on a shop bought knit (as long as I will be able to get my needle through the material it will work) if you're unsure just ask before purchasing.

ORDERING

Once you have purchased a send in slot I will contact you to provide details of where to send your knit into.

You will cover the postage costs to send your knit into me and the return postage charges are included in your slot purchase price. I recommend using Royal Mail 24h Tracked and I shall do the same when returning your knit.

Please ensure that your knit is packaged with a note, so it doesn't get mixed up with other deliveries, that includes; Your order number and your full name and address for where you would like you knit returning to.

DISPATCH

I aim to get orders turnaround as soon as I can, usually within 3-5 working days. If you need a rush order please contact me and I shall always try my best to help. 

DELIVERY 

Delivery is via Royal Mail 24h Tracked in the UK, which is included.

*All items are non-refundable. However, any issues please feel free to message me. Colours may also vary slightly to that shown on screen.
