Delivery 

Shipping is included and all orders are posted via Royal Mail 24h Tracked. You will receive a tracking number on dispatch. 

I currently ship to mainland UK only.

Due to GPSR regulations and new import duty taxes, I am unable to ship to Ireland (including Northern Ireland) or internationally at this time. I do offer some international shipping via my Etsy shop (excluding all of Ireland & the USA).

Lost of missing orders 

If your order has not arrived please check your tracking number for tracking status. An image should be provided of the item being posted or left in a safe place or a signature if left with a neighbour. 

Any issues, please get in touch and I can assist as the sender. Please allow for additional delays during busy seasonal periods. 

Please ensure all order have the correct postal address.
