Returns Policy 

All items are personalised to order, so returns are not accepted unless the item is is faulty. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make contact and arrange a return.  

Any other issues please let me know and I will always try my best to help. You will be responsible for return postage unless the items is faulty. 

Knitwear Orders 

If you would like to see any yarns colours against a knit before ordering please let me know and I will be happy to arrange an image for you to see to help you choose. All knitwear will be embroided using my style of handwriting, examples of which can be found in my shop and on my instagram page.

All knitted items are premade (unless specified otherwise) so you will received the exact knit in the size and colour shown in the image. Occasionally buttons can vary slighly. 

Hoop Orders

Embroidery hopes will be written in the style of writing in the example on the listing. If you wish to see a proof of the text for your chosen name please let me know. I am also happy to help with choosing a thread colour for your embroiderie if needed. 

Sizing 

Please check sizing carefully before ordering. Hand knits come up smaller than shop bought knits, so it's recommended to size up if you're unsure or measure a piece of clothing your little one is currently wearing to gauge sizing. 

All knits are premade and measurements are taken from armpit to armpit, with the garment laying flat. If you require exact measurements, let me know and I will be happy to provide. 

Newborn cardigans are first size. Ideal as a coming home outfit or for that first photo.
