Usually 3-5 days after your knit is received it will be ready for dispatch (this can change during busy peak periods).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you need any help choosing yarn colours let me know and I will be happy to help. This is preferably for handmade knits, however I'm happy to work on a shop bought knit (as long as I will be able to get my needle through the material it will work) if you're unsure just ask before purchasing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eORDERING\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce you have purchased a send in slot I will contact you to provide details of where to send your knit into.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will cover the postage costs to send your knit into me and the return postage charges are included in your slot purchase price. I recommend using Royal Mail 24h Tracked and I shall do the same when returning your knit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease ensure that your knit is packaged with a note, so it doesn't get mixed up with other deliveries, that includes; Your order number and your full name and address for where you would like you knit returning to.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDISPATCH\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI aim to get orders turnaround as soon as I can, usually within 3-5 working days.
